GSHP Fellowship (FGSHP)
Fellowship in the Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FGSHP) is one of the highest professional recognitions awarded by GSHP. Fellowship acknowledges members who have demonstrated excellence in the practice of health-system pharmacy and who have made significant and sustained contributions to both the profession and the Society.
FGSHP recognizes individuals whose leadership, service, and professional involvement have had a meaningful impact on pharmacy practice, patient care, and the advancement of GSHP. Fellowship status reflects a continued commitment to professional growth, mentorship, advocacy, and engagement within the health-system pharmacy community.
Fellowship is a lifelong designation for recipients who remain active GSHP members.
FGSHP recognizes more than professional achievement alone. It honors members who have demonstrated dedication to advancing pharmacy practice and supporting the profession throughout their careers.
Fellowship provides:
Recognition of sustained professional contributions
A distinguished professional credential within GSHP
Acknowledgment of leadership, service, and involvement
Opportunities to further support mentorship and professional development within the organization
Recognition among peers across the Georgia health-system pharmacy community
For many recipients, Fellowship reflects years of involvement, leadership, and commitment to improving patient care and advancing the profession.
The Fellowship application process is designed to evaluate an applicant’s professional achievements, leadership, and contributions to GSHP and health-system pharmacy practice.
Applicants must be active GSHP members in good standing. Fellowship applications are reviewed through an established evaluation process designed to recognize individuals who have demonstrated excellence, leadership, and long-term commitment to health-system pharmacy.
Members interested in pursuing Fellowship are encouraged to review the application materials and submission requirements.
